[26/10/2011] REOPENING FLOWLINK

Dear Sirs,

we are pleased to inform you that the business of the company FLOWLINK GMI has been recently taken over by the Dutch Group Railtechniek van Herwijnen Holding B.V. to which also our company belongs. The takeover has been done with the aim to grant continuity to the production and distribution of the established Flowlink technology, strengthening the business done by the company in over 50 years of operation in industrial material handling business.

The today dimensions and the challenge in the global market, the continuous need of investments on research in order to reach more efficiency and competitiveness, strongly bring towards aggregation of qualified competences. It’s on this bases that the European group is moving, also with this new acquisition, that opens to very interesting technical and commercial synergies for the benefit of the many customers.

The Group, having its head-quarter in Tiel, includes several commercial and production companies in Holland, England, Germany, France, Poland, Moldavia, Italy and has a large experience in engineering and constructing industrial transport systems having delivered installations in many industrial areas to a large and qualified clientele.
Among these: automobile industry, general mechanical industry, wood industry, window industry, industrial laundry, clothing industry, household appliances industry, painting industry, slaughter industry, only to mention a few. The systems have been installed all over Europe and in many other countries around the world.

During the years, the Group has invested diversifying the specialization of the companies and comprehends now 10 companies incorporated which form together a strong financial group with excellent sound reputation built in over 60 years of experience.

The customer will benefit therefore of this wide experience in the Group which includes a variety of specializations of the different units, and will have the possibility to acquire the optimal installation most suitable to his needs.

Priority strategy with this new acquisition is then the continuity of distribution of Flowlink products through our company in all market areas, granting full assistance and service to the faithful clientele.
